One set of data. Nine areas.
Products, BOMs, stations, people and orders live in one place. Production, the shop-floor kiosk, machine park, quality, maintenance, inventory, shifts, planning and reports read the same record.
Manufacturing execution system (MES)
Every minute has a reason.
Lobitek Optima records what happens in your plant the moment it happens: which job, at which station, in whose hands; every stop with its reason, every lot with its source. Production, quality, maintenance, inventory and shifts on one set of data.

Setup
Areas, lines, stations, machines, shifts and people in one flow. One line such as “4 areas × 3 lines × 5 stations” builds the structure; everything that will be created is visible before it is applied, and if anything fails midway nothing is written.

Planning
Orders are loaded onto stations against the shift calendar; orders that will be late or cannot fit show up in advance. The approved plan becomes the job order on the kiosk.

Quality
Lot tracing shows on one screen which material lots a lot was made from and where it went. A suspect lot and everything made from it is held in one step; a held lot cannot be consumed in production.

Products, BOMs, stations, people and orders live in one place. Production, the shop-floor kiosk, machine park, quality, maintenance, inventory, shifts, planning and reports read the same record.
Sign in at the station tablet with a badge or employee number and PIN; a job starts with one tap. On Pause, the three most likely reasons get large buttons.
The live board shows every station with its state, reason, order and operator; today's OEE, defined per ISO 22400, alongside.
The moment the operator pauses for a breakdown, a maintenance order opens and its number is shown to the operator. MTBF and MTTR follow on their own.
Material cards, BOMs and work orders come from the ERP through Morph; the same record is never written twice. It works without an ERP too.
Each company's data is separated at database level; audit records cannot be changed. No biometrics: sign-in with a badge, QR code or PIN.
Who it is for
Manufacturers who want to see what happens on the floor as it happens: production managers, shift supervisors, quality and maintenance leads.
Let's plan the right setup and a demo together.
